When practicing on our SAP system, you may encounter errors due to missing configurations or incorrect setup, or you may have questions of your own. Our Training Support Program is designed to resolve these issues and provide answers to your questions. During your active training support subscription, you can raise unlimited support tickets, and our team will respond during AEST business hours. Please note that training support is only available for our SAP system and does not apply when using your own SAP system.
You can renew at 50% of the current course price for video-only access, provided renewal occurs before your access expires. The cost for ERP access and support remains unchanged. Please be aware that we reserve the right to decline renewal requests.

For instance, you can learn most functional modules (such as SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP CRM Functional) regardless of your background, as our training program covers everything from scratch, including business processes. For SAP FICO, basic accounting knowledge is recommended. For SAP S4 HANA Finance, prior FICO configuration experience is advised. SAP CRM Technical Training requires basic ABAP knowledge. Eligibility to book the SAP certification exam depends on your country of residence. In most Western countries—such as Australia, the US, the UK, Canada, and those in Europe—you can register for the certification exam without completing formal SAP training. However, in many Asian countries, you are typically required to either complete training through an SAP-authorized center or have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the relevant SAP module. We recommend contacting your local SAP office for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
All of our SAP course content is designed in alignment with the official SAP certification syllabus, and many of our past students have successfully passed the certification exam with high scores. Please note: We are not an SAP-authorized training provider.
